Calibration checklist
  • Start simple. After 2–4 weeks, compare scored leads vs SQL rate and adjust.
  • Use recency windows on Engagement signals to avoid “old intent” inflating score.
  • Make Deductions meaningful (spam complaint, hard bounce, non-ICP = strong negatives).
